fix: modernize project picker sidebar

What's Changed

• Modernizes the project picker sidebar summary, thumbnail upload overlay, and navigation spacing.
• Keeps internal picker-only pages hidden and normalizes visible sidebar labels.

Manual smoke test

1. Open the project settings picker and confirm the sidebar shows a square project icon, project name, stats, and spaced navigation rows.
2. Select each visible sidebar tab and confirm the active tab has the rounded orange border and no hidden internal pages appear.
3. Hover the project icon as a project owner/admin and confirm the upload overlay appears over the icon.
