fix: Apply GSplat unified property while it is disabled

What was changed?

• Fixes GSplat unified flag not set correctly preventing LODs to be rendered correctly #297 by temporarily disabling and enabling the component while modifying the unified flag.
• This is needed because the engine does not allow it to be modified while it is enabled (Code)
• Long term I want to make it such that we pass in unified prop directly into the entity.addComponent here:
