Updates the GitHub Actions instrumentation job script to stop using the deprecated otlphttp exporter alias and use the newer otlp_http naming instead.
Changes:
- Switches computed collector exporter IDs from
otlphttp/*tootlp_http/*based on OTLP protocol selection. - Updates the generated collector configuration YAML keys accordingly (
otlphttp/logs|metrics|traces→otlp_http/...).
