Backports a change to correct the Dynatrace distributed tracing “deep link” generated by the GitHub Action instrumentation so the URL parameters align with Dynatrace’s expected format.
Changes:
- Updates the Dynatrace trace explorer URL to remove previously appended query parameters (
tf=...andtt=...). - Keeps traceId/spanId extraction from
TRACEPARENTunchanged.
