Stage motors widget for LFM

Simple widget to control the stage motors in the LFM setup.
Ideally it should do the following things:

• open in the main window only if detects the motors
• control manually the motors
• home the motors
• create a sequence of steps

I would personally not put the dll files in the repo. I would put them in a folder and link to them (probably giving a path in config file) to keep the repo clean. Also the initiation of the stage motor needs to be optional (e.g. only when motors are detected).
