This is primarily useful to get a list of recently changed prods, so one can get updates incrementally instead of waiting for a new weekly data dump (or hitting all 100k+ prods one by one). However, it can also be used with ?prod=NNN to get the log for a single prod. By default, it gives the 100 most recent changes, but this can be adjusted with the ?limit=NNN parameter, similar to how account.php allows you to list more than the last 10 requests. Fixes pouetnet#1.
