The PowakaData Reddit Assistant is designed to monitor selected Reddit communities for discussions related to:
- historical market data
- quantitative research
- backtesting
- survivorship bias
- point-in-time datasets
- historical index constituents
- corporate actions
- execution costs and slippage
- data quality and reproducibility
The system identifies relevant discussions and prepares suggested technical responses for a human operator.
The application does not autonomously publish Reddit content.
Every proposed Reddit comment must be explicitly reviewed and approved by an authorized human operator before submission.
No approval means no Reddit submission.

The application will:
- respect Reddit API rate limits
- respect individual subreddit rules
- maintain duplicate protection
- maintain an audit trail of approvals and submissions
- operate under a single identified PowakaData account
The application will not:
- automatically vote
- manipulate karma
- send unsolicited private messages
- mass-comment
- scrape Reddit outside the approved API
- use Reddit content to train AI or machine-learning models
- publish comments without explicit human approval
