If it doesn't exist in 1.6 it's easy enough to undo when updating to 1.6.
It does exist in 1.5, and the biofuel generator should be able to output EU in 1.5, right?

Assuming the thing about 1.6 being next week is true, there will not be another stable build for 1.5.
