The run stats store answers questions: cox stats roles/explain/series with coverage on every row, the calls-to-task join applied at 82.8% of build calls, budget-stopped runs recovered from traces, regime awareness. The headline numbers that were wrong are stated as having been wrong and now right — landed_rate 0.0623 to 0.9506 — and the one still-uncomputed figure says so. Also the decompose ceiling raise, the graphs-loop-quality close, and the releasable.yml fix. Nav entry added, which the test enforces.
