🖨️ HTML Forward Printer via CUPS Backend

This project sets up a custom CUPS backend that allows print jobs to be forwarded to any modern web browser. When a user prints to the BrowserPopupPrinter, the print job is converted to a PDF and automatically opened in the browser with an auto-popup print dialog — ideal for web-based print workflows.
