Added examples/WORKFLOWS.md with 6 concrete scenarios: - Catching vague prompts (ambiguous classification) - Multi-step task planning with scope breakdown - Cross-service contract detection - Correction pattern learning - Trivial prompt pass-through - Scorecard usage for improvement tracking Linked from examples/README.md and main README nav bar.

Workflow examples showing real triage scenarios — this kind of documentation is what helps new users actually understand what preflight does in practice vs just reading API docs. ✅
