… and contracts The README references .preflight/ config extensively but there were no concrete example files to copy. This adds a ready-to-use examples/.preflight/ directory with annotated config.yml, triage.yml, and contracts/api.yml, plus a README explaining how to use them.
Created examples/USAGE_EXAMPLES.md with 8 real-world scenarios showing what each tool looks like in practice: preflight_check catching vague prompts, scope_work creating execution plans, enrich_agent_task for sub-agents, sharpen_followup resolving ambiguity, session health checks, semantic history search, weekly scorecards, and prompt grading. Added link to usage examples in README nav bar.

Good call putting npm install first — that's what most people will reach for. The init wizard step is a nice addition too.
Heads up: this PR, #36, and #38 all modify the same README sections (nav bar, config reference callout, troubleshooting). You'll want to pick a merge order and rebase the others, otherwise you're looking at three-way conflicts.
Suggestion: merge this one first (quickstart reorder is the most impactful UX change), then rebase #36 and #38 on top.

The Quick Start had the npm global install buried as Option C, even though it's the simplest path. This reorders to put npm install first, adds the
preflight-dev initwizard step, and adds notes about using absolute paths to prevent a common setup mistake.
