Port the snippet set from the official Quarto VSCode extension so Zed users get parity for everyday authoring: formatting, headings, lists, links/images/figures, fenced/executable/raw code blocks with language pickers, divs/spans, callouts, columns, tabsets, cross-reference divs, list-tables, and richer YAML frontmatter.
