Save and restore the user's selected libraries for the Similar page in localStorage, keyed by media server source and name. Falls back to the default library preference or the first available library when no saved selection exists.
Enhances the Similar view with rating controls and better rating data handling: adds toggles for IMDb/TMDB ratings, minimum rating and vote-count filters, and an on-demand "Load IMDb ratings" action. Filtering and sorting now use a shared GapViewService rating/vote source so vote thresholds stay paired with the active rating provider (IMDb when loaded, otherwise TMDB). Also surfaces compact vote counts beside rating chips in Similar, Recommended, and Actors, adds supporting styles, and expands unit tests for SimilarComponent and GapViewService.
