fix(social-stackernews): tolerate invalid createdAt values

Summary

• avoid throwing when Stacker News returns a successful item with an invalid createdAt value
• fall back to the current timestamp while preserving the submitted item id and URL
• add focused coverage for invalid createdAt handling
