v0.37.0: Kim v0.37.0New streaming TIFF writer
Replaces the lossless/lossy writer split with one TiffWriter that streams the output and rebuilds the TIFF from scratch, like ExifTool: unused camera padding is dropped, so rewritten files shrink, and updates no longer assemble the whole EXIF block in memory. The MakerNote stays anchored at its original offset and bytes, since MakerNotes embed absolute offsets that would break if moved.
