Release v0.4.0\n\n- Adds typed data profile v2 and NifBytes for arbitrary binary payloads.\n- Retains decoding compatibility for typed profile v1 values.\n- Documents the boundary between in-memory binary values and application-level streaming uploads.\n\nAll source-change CI passed on PR #40 before this release PR.
