Scope v0.11.0 in rivet around offline/airgapped verification: - REQ-23 (#219): real offline keyless verification — Rekor SET + Fulcio cert-chain anchoring + ECDSA P-256 + SigstoreBundle::verify. The current AirGappedVerifier::verify_crypto is a stub (fails-closed, but unusable). - REQ-24 (#218): extract dsse off the 179-crate wsc tree so embedded/offline consumers verify DSSE without the registry/network stack. - REQ-25 (#128): close verify-core's own MC/DC Partial gaps with witness scenarios, then lower the scoped baseline.
