Description
This PR implements a real-time subject search bar on the homepage. It allows users to filter subjects by name, helping them find course materials faster without scrolling through the entire list.

Tested locally by:
1.Verifying that the search input appears correctly across different viewport widths.
2.Performing 'positive' tests (searching for an existing subject name).
3.Performing 'negative' tests (searching for a subject that does not exist and verifying a 'No results found' message or empty state is handled.
AI Usage
Used AI to assist in writing the filter algorithm and styling the search input component to match the existing design system.
