Add rotation gizmo toggle

Summary

• hide the model rotation gizmo until the dedicated Rotate tool is enabled
• separate transform controls from view options and add descriptive icons
• keep toggle labels, ARIA state, availability, and responsive layout synchronized
• preserve wireframe mode when switching models
