• make vendor-lead-discovery segment-aware with scored targets, search queries, evidence fields, and next actions
• make mcp-server-audit URL-aware with host parsing, tool pricing recommendations, buyer-agent contract details, blockers, and minimum PR scope
• keep the payment verification and x402 challenge flow unchanged
