Replace H2K_safemem_check_perms with H2K_safemem_check_and_lock for RX validation in H2K_vmtrap_setvec. Use h2_common_pmap.h constants (U/R/W/X) and TEMP_MAP_OFF_MASK macro instead of hardcoded values. Signed-off-by: Zeev Belinsky <zbelinsk@qti.qualcomm.com>
