1. Moved removal of qud kernel driver section in preinst, before payload unpack. Preventing dpkg's `Conflicts/Replaces` from triggering a second removal after files are installed. 2. Fix few minor issues. Signed-off-by: shasaror <shasaror@qti.qualcomm.com>
