Merge this after #66 is merged, so that benchmarks using the registry will be able to be resumed.

After merging this PR, pre-existing pubmedQA runs that were done against the built-in (to code) implementation, will be non-resumable. Also, the model-response parsing behavior will change in this PR. A follow-up will need to add a response_labels section to exact_match custom_nocode benchmarks, which will remove this difference. See #70 for this follow-up work.
