Is there a chance we can get CI to pass? |

Looks like CI failure is specific to 32 bit architecture - I'm not sure what I need to do to enable CI here, but below on my fork. Looks like Conda.jl/PyCall.jl only test x64, wonder if it's worth following here? |

#111 fixed the PyCall compat issues for me so I think can be released
