Do legwork for py34-matplotlib-basemap and py34-gdal macports

A py34-matplotlib-basemap port does not yet exist because py27-matplotlib-basemap requires py27-httplib2 and py27-dap, neither of which have been ported to python3.4

The basemap requirements might not be accurate, as basemap seems to depend upon py${v}-netcdf4 instead. Removing the httplib2 and dap requirements from a local port file results in a working py34-matplotlib-basemap port.

By bumping the python-gdal source version from 1.8.1 to 1.11.0 in a local port, we get a working py34-gdal port.
