Display a 0–100 meal score with a star icon in today's meals, history and meal details. The inclusive bands are red 0–30, orange 31–50, yellow 51–70, light green 71–90 and sky blue 91–100. Water and beverage entries are excluded. Existing scores are reused; older meals use the existing scoring function.
Validation: boundary and beverage-exclusion tests, TypeScript, lint (no errors) and production build passed locally. Version markers synchronized to 1.24.1.
