What is the motivation behind this? SongCore requires Lapiz to be installed, no matter what anyway? |

isLibrary is used for things such as BeatMods3 to check if a user should manage it. Also proper practice for the qmod ecosystem. |

isLibrarytells the mod manager to remove the qmod if there are no mods referencing it.
