Expo SDK 56 + Convex + Better Auth + Resend, wired end-to-end for iOS. Native SwiftUI via @expo/ui/swift-ui, email + password + email OTP + Apple Sign In, APNs push, Universal Links served from Convex's HTTP router, profile + active-sessions screens with avatar uploads and device-by-device revocation. EAS for the whole build surface: 10 workflows covering dev builds, PR previews with fingerprint-gated OTA-or-build, deploy on main, TestFlight, rollback, rollout, App Store Connect event triggers, and the Apple Sign In JWT rotation cron. iOS only today. Android + web parity follows once @expo/ui/jetpack-compose reaches the same surface as @expo/ui/swift-ui. Three pieces: - packages/create-vexpo: npm scaffolder. `npm create vexpo@latest my-app` copies the template, rewrites package.json, runs install, inits git. - packages/vexpo: operational CLI. Two-mode setup (`lite` for 60-second simulator, `full` for TestFlight-ready), cross-source drift detection (`doctor`), Apple SIWA work (`apple jwt`, `apple services-id`, `apple credentials`, `apple eas-rotation-secrets`), App Store Connect API endpoints eas-cli doesn't expose, multi-destination env sync. - templates/default: production-ready Expo SDK 56 + Convex + Better Auth + Resend iOS app. HMAC-verified webhook factory, 10 EAS Workflows, structured logging with X-Request-Id correlation. 277 tests (238 vexpo unit + 29 template + 10 e2e). Strict TypeScript. Don't reinvent EAS.
