- add hcloud_image variable (default ubuntu-24.04) and use it for both servers - update default instance type to cpx22 and refresh tfvars example values/comments - update README text/defaults and record provider lock hash updates

The quickstart was failing during
terraform apply --auto-approvewhile following the instructions at https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/getting-started/quick-start-guides/deploy-rancher-manager/hetzner-cloudThese updates make
terraform apply --auto-approvesuccessful. Confirmed with a deployment to Hetzner today.
