Gravity Suit Toggle

If the ISO was created with qolGeneral: true, and the player has Gravity Suit, then:

• The inventory menu will show status text: Gravity Suit ON / Gravity Suit OFF
• The options menu will show a new toggle option: Gravity Suit
• When toggled off, the Gravity Suit is affected in the following ways:
  • No longer affects underwater behavior
  • No longer provides heat protection when non-varia heat protection is disabled
  • Model no longer appears to be worn where the player is visible

Additionally, excluded the pause menu blur background from being affected by hudColor.
