Changes

• add scannableParameters to editObjs, allowing JSON API users to replace the SCAN data for individual instances of an arbitrary object
  • hard-codes FRME 0xDCEC3E77 and empty scan images
• automatically handle:
  • SCAN/STRG asset creation and deduplication
  • pak/SCLY dependency insertion
  • SAVW insertion (remember scan progress and reserve space in logbook)
• refactor implementation shared with existing extraScans feature
