Turn off FreeRDP's file clipboard (copying a file froze the session) - #36

Conversation
Copying a file in Windows Explorer froze the RDP session. FreeRDP offers copied files to Linux apps only through a FUSE mount, and the container has no /dev/fuse (the session log shows "fuse: device /dev/fuse not found"), so the file clipboard can't work here; Selkies asking FreeRDP for the copied files stalled its window. Start FreeRDP with /clipboard:files-to:off: text and images still sync, and files move through the shared folder. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Copying a file in Windows Explorer on the remote PC froze the whole RDP session.
Cause
FreeRDP republishes files copied in Windows to the X clipboard, but it can only serve them through a FUSE mount, and the container has no
/dev/fuse— every session log showsfuse: device /dev/fuse not found. Kernel module not loaded?. When Selkies sees the new clipboard owner it asks FreeRDP for the copied files, and that request stalls FreeRDP, whose window is the whole remote desktop. The file clipboard could never work here anyway: a browser can't put a file on the local clipboard.
Change
/clipboard:files-to:offinstead of+clipboard. Text and images still sync both ways; files move through the shared folder. The option is in the container's FreeRDP 3.32 (its help text listsfiles-to:[all|local|remote|off]).\tsclient\SharedFolder/ Shared Files.Testing
pytest: 224 passed, 3 skipped; new test checks the clipboard argument.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
