progress bar for networked functions

this library might work well, unless there's a shiny bar that would be better for the UX

note: don't use the dplyr estimated progress, that's been deprecated

Reopening this now that the package is using the gadget package style - the networked operation is in the mutate statement mapping get_*_count to the explor object in the search button function
