Bug report: "Isolate from Local Network" breaks WARP and Wireguard

If "Isolate from Local Network" is enabled, WARP and Wireguard refuses to connect.

That is all, let me know if you can't reproduce.

I can't reproduce this -- did you also restrict the outgoing ports?

I added logic to make sure that the VPN ports are always allowed through if the VPN is configured
