### Fixed

- **The ONNX Runtime and its Go binding drifted out of pair again.** A grouped
dependency bump took `onnxruntime_go` to v1.33.0 (`ORT_API_VERSION` 29)
without a matching `OrtVersion` bump, so `semantic init` fetched the 1.26.0
runtime and every embed failed with "the requested API version [29] is not
available, only API versions [1, 26] are supported in this build."
`OrtVersion` is now 1.29.0, matching what the binding actually requires — the
same failure mode as 0.1.1, this time from an unreviewed dependency bump
rather than a hand-edited mismatch. The dependabot config now flags the
coupling next to the group that broke it.
