Promotes #207 (kagenti-ci cleanup) into priority slot 2 — locks down the kagenti-adk integration as a repeatable test target, which is the structural defense against the "we shipped a buggy SDK to kagenti" pattern from this session's retro. Adds #213 (PR-template version-consistency) as a fast follow-up that prevents recurrence of the __init__.py mismatch. Demotes "watch PR #231" and #209 to a passive watch list — neither is active work for the next session, both trigger on external signals. Adds #176 as the strategic frame so every priority gets evaluated against "does this move us toward an actual user." Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 4.7) Signed-off-by: rdwj <wjackson@redhat.com>
