Add pipelinerun for sap-eic-coe-demo environment with reduced resource sizing (8 CPU, 24GB) and skipTeardown enabled. Improve endpoint-tests-expected-status to show actual oc run error output when no HTTP status code is returned. Signed-off-by: mjiao <manjun.jiao@gmail.com>
