Overview
This PR replaces content/operate/rc/api/api-reference/openapi.json with the current spec fetched from https://api.redislabs.com/v1/cloud-api-docs (same pipeline as the rc_api_sync workflow, including normalizing JSON-string example fields via jq).

The docs API reference page (apireference layout) reads that file directly, so any upstream path, schema, or operation changes will show up in the on-site Redis Cloud API reference without other repo edits.
