Overview
Syncs the Redis Software REST OpenAPI spec with three small metadata updates from the daily API definition sync.

Marks last_backup_time on DatabaseHealthReport with x-omitempty: false, and Migration.error with x-omitempty: true. Adds x-deprecated-reason on deprecated PUT /v1/cluster/update_cert, pointing users to PUT /v1/cluster/certificates.
