Distinguishing rand08 and rand09 seems quite a bit complicated because they are related to "serde" as well. Due to a Cargo limitation (rust-lang/cargo#10801) we will always get the other dep at lockfile even if we never need it. |

Not sure if we need a new major version (I hope not), or distinguish rand_08 and rand_09 flag (or do nothing but let the ecosystem move forward together).
