feat: expand Android View semantics

Summary

• Redact secure text across hierarchy, node detail, accessibility, and text patch boundaries.
• Add bounded View, Outline, ColorDrawable, and GradientDrawable render semantics.
• Add lossless dimension ratio and ConstraintLayout min/max relations.
• Respect API 23 capability boundaries and fail closed around the API 29 GradientDrawable getter failure.

Verification

• Local Gradle check and API 36 instrumentation matrix passed.
• GitHub Actions build and instrumentation jobs passed on API 23, API 29, and API 36.
