why do we need to edit existing migration when new migration does the change?

I did it because it felt wrong to keep the wrong code and also later render it during installation but you can change it if you’d like. Thanks!

This PR fixes an issue where linking a Google account to the panel would fail. This is because the tables were too short. This PR fixes the issue by making the columns text. It also adds a new migration for pre-existing panels.
