Pull request overview
Documentation update to reflect the homelab’s UGOS → TrueNAS SCALE migration and to introduce a separate “Lab Compute” tier (Nutanix CE + Proxmox) that’s intentionally kept outside the GitOps-managed core.
Changes:
- Update top-level README hardware inventory to reflect TrueNAS SCALE and add the Lab Compute tier.
- Extend
naming-and-ips.mdwith Lab Compute host/IP assignments and update NAS notes for the new ZFS pools. - Expand disaster recovery docs with TrueNAS/ZFS backup items and a new NAS recovery runbook; add ADR-010 (TrueNAS migration) and ADR-011 (Lab compute tier rationale).
