Added information about MMCE support and disabling cover art when using MMCE.
In my testing, I'd go as far as saying disabling cover art is required for MMCE to function. I was consistently crashing, or seeing the MCP2 "unmount" while cover art was enabled.
Disabling cover art seems to completely resolve the issues and both PS2 and PS1 games now load/refresh reliably.
I'm curious if this is due to long filepath names for the cover art?
Open to discuss fixing this and please feel free to re-word as seen fit.
