Finally, a way to prove your kitchen is actually kosher without arguing with the rabbi for 45 minutes
MashgiachOS is a real-time kosher compliance platform built for institutional kitchens that can't afford to get it wrong. It tracks every appliance, surface, and ingredient interaction and generates immutable audit trails that hold up to the strictest rabbinic scrutiny. If your kitchen passes a surprise inspection, this is why.
- Real-time meat/dairy separation monitoring across every prep surface, appliance, and utensil zone
- Immutable audit trail engine with support for over 340 distinct kosher violation event types
- Native integration with RabbiSign for digital hechsher approvals and rabbinic sign-off workflows
- Automated seasonal kashering event scheduler with pre-Passover checklist enforcement built in
- Full incident replay — go back to any moment and see exactly what happened

MashgiachOS is built on a microservices architecture where each compliance domain — surfaces, appliances, ingredients, personnel — runs as an independent service communicating over a hardened internal event bus. All violation and audit events are written to MongoDB, which gives me the document flexibility I need to handle the sheer variety of kosher edge cases without fighting a rigid schema. Hot state — active kitchen zones, live session flags, real-time surface status — is persisted in Redis for long-term compliance recall across multi-day kashering windows. The frontend is a single-page application that connects via WebSocket so the mashgiach on the floor sees everything the moment it happens.
