PressuRx Chamber OS

The only software built for hyperbaric oxygen therapy that actually knows what it's treating.

PressuRx Chamber OS replaces every clipboard, whiteboard, and broken spreadsheet in your HBO clinic with a single platform that was built by someone who has stood inside a monoplace chamber room and watched a billing team lose $40,000 in a single quarter. It tracks everything — sessions, pressures, wound care plans, credentialing — and it does it without requiring a full-time IT department to keep the lights on. This is the software that should have existed ten years ago.

Features

  • Full patient session lifecycle management with ATA-level logging and dive protocol documentation baked in at the schema level
  • Automated HCPCS/HBO billing code validation across 14 payer rule sets with denial pattern detection
  • UHMS credentialing tracker with expiration alerts, CEU hour logging, and staff certification timelines
  • Equipment inspection cycle engine that triggers maintenance workflows before NFPA 99 puts you in violation
  • Wound care treatment plan builder with photographic wound staging, HBO indication mapping, and outcome trend graphs that actually tell you something

Supported Integrations

Salesforce Health Cloud, Waystar Remits, AdvancedMD, PointClickCare, Twilio Notify, OxyTrack Pro, VaultBase, NitroCred, HL7 FHIR R4 endpoints, Stripe Billing, NeuroSync Vitals, DICOM Lite Bridge

Architecture

PressuRx Chamber OS is built on a Node.js microservices core with each clinical domain — sessions, billing, credentialing, equipment — running as an independent service behind an internal API gateway. Patient records and treatment plans are persisted in MongoDB because the document model maps cleanly to how HBO protocols are actually structured in the real world, and session telemetry is stored long-term in Redis for fast dashboard aggregation across large patient cohorts. The frontend is a React SPA that talks exclusively to the gateway layer, which means the UI stays thin and the business logic stays where it belongs. Deployments run containerized on a single hardened VPS because I am not paying for a Kubernetes cluster to run a clinic scheduler.
