Improve SRTP output and testing

RATIONALE

Generally, clean up SRTP:

1. Minor README updates for readability
2. Summarize the SRTP errors at end instead of printing each packet
3. Add testing of hex/base64 key, SRTP debug output, and SRTP error handling
