The CMR Waybill is generated by Scope by first creating the text via
src/forms/CmrWaybillText.jrxmland then passing that plain text as the main datasource tosrc/forms/CmrWaybill.jrxml. The render tool now emulates that behavior to allow precision changes to the CMR Waybill layout.This PR is related to riege/scope-forms#16720
