Release r-doc v0.2.17.

• Closes the independent naturalistic capture loop: isolated fixtures, agent invocation, independent final-state snapshot, trace normalization, artifact hashing, and grader-owned outcome checks.
• Adds executable pytest/callable/documentation outcome grading, Windows path hardening, and conformance-layer rejection for mislabeled naturalistic runs.
• Adds four naturalistic tasks and eight real Codex gpt-5.5 captures across four matched pairs. The evidence remains explicitly partial: all runs fail context safety on forbidden .env/secrets.md reads, so this release makes no positive effectiveness claim.
• Includes bilingual changelog/release documentation and keeps all historical changelog sections bilingual.

Validation: validate_skill.py PASS; strict docs audit PASS with 0 errors and 0 warnings; pytest 96 passed; unittest 96 passed; strict Agent evaluation 100%; local npx skills add . --list discovers r-doc.
